Message from the Headteacher

The last two years have evidenced the impact that the Meols Cop school community has in times of challenge. As we start to return to the new normal, it has been powerful how this commitment has continued into the new school year. Never has it been more important to ensure that our school is providing a strong foundation for our young people to build on for the rest of their lives.

The Governing Body will continue to play a key role in the future of Meols Cop and throughout the last two years the Governors have played a significant role in ensuring the support and challenge for the school is of the highest standard.

The role of the Parent Governor is essential to the continued success of Meols Cop. As a parent your insight and understanding of the student’s experience of school is essential to our whole school development. The Governing Body would also welcome parents with professional skills in key areas of governance including Human Resources, Finance and Environment.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a highly committed group of Governors and play a key role in the future of our wonderful school.

Many thanks for your support as always.

Mr Parry
